Upon the application of the domestic industry, Ministry of Commerce, P. R. China issued Announcement No. 53, 2008 on August 29, 2008, deciding to initiate the Sunset Review of the anti-dumping measures against import of phthalic anhydride from India, Korea and Japan, from August 31, 2008.
